At present,manufacturing enterprises are facing difficulties in recruiting workers,the continuous rise of raw material costs and the increasingly prominent personalized demand.How to reduce the demand for workers,improve the flexibility of production lines and reduce operating costs has become the focus and difficulty for enterprises to maintain competitiveness,and the automobile manufacturing industry is no exception.According to the research data of manufacturing industry,in the production and operation activities of enterprises,the value-added activities that really give play to the value account for only 5%,and about 60% of the production and operation activities are necessary but not value-added.In addition,the remaining 35% of the production and operation activities of enterprises are mostly waste.The value flow diagram analysis in lean production methodology is to optimize all activities that produce value,and its optimization results ultimately support the enterprise cash flow.The machining field of automobile manufacturing industry is famous for its complex processing technology,mainly relying on manual operation and low degree of intelligence.There is still a big gap with the assembly field with relatively mature intelligence,which can not meet the strategic needs of enterprise development.A more perfect value stream optimization scheme is urgently needed to promote the sustainable development of enterprises.Therefore,how to optimize the Non Value-Added part of the material flow in the production process,improve the transparency of information flow and continuously improve operation efficiency is the focus and difficulty faced by the machining field of automobile manufacturing industry.By analyzing the current situation of production value flow in machining workshop of X enterprise,this thesis analyzes the existing problems in detail by using the method of value flow graph.Firstly,this thesis studies the current situation of production value flow in machining workshop of X enterprise,including the challenges and opportunities faced by X enterprise.Then,analyzes the current situation and problems of production value flow in machining workshop of X enterprise from the perspective of material flow and information flow.Finally,puts forward optimization strategies for the improvement of material flow and information flow.It should be improved in the following two directions:first,develop the intelligent scheduling scheme of production planning to reduce a large number of repeated calculations and low efficiency in the process of manual scheduling;The intelligent transportation dispatching system is introduced to reduce the transportation batch,replace the simple,repetitive and Non Value-Added manual handling work,and improve the ergonomics.Second,clarify the goal of production information visualization.Firstly,establish the missing production information system in the machining workshop of X enterprise;Then establish multi system interconnection,open up the information barriers between systems,and better help the machining workshop of enterprise x to comprehensively upgrade its value stream management through a comprehensive understanding,control and improvement of the whole process of value stream in the machining workshop of enterprise x,so as to help enterprise x improve its production and operation efficiency.This value stream optimization method has been promoted on a large scale within X enterprise.This research explores a set of solutions that satisfy individual production,intelligent scheduling,optimal process path and information system interconnection for the entire manufacturing industry,especially the machining manufacturing field;Promotion,adapting to most machining production scenarios,can form an industry paradigm with promotion value.Promotion,adapting to most machining production scenarios,can form an industry paradigm with promotion value. |
