Industrial automation is the most effective means to change the traditional industrial status and is the main premise and guarantee of modern industrial development.Therefore,countries all over the world want to seize the opportunity to revitalize the manufacturing industry and transform and upgrade it,and are scrambling to conduct in-depth research in the field of intelligent manufacturing.The fundamental purpose of developing intelligent manufacturing technology is to improve productivity,quality and production efficiency,reduce resource consumption and production costs,and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.Production planning and scheduling optimization control for automated production lines is a current research hotspot.Based on this,this paper conducts theoretical and application research on the production scheduling and control system of intelligent water meter automatic production line,firstly analyzing the characteristics and demands of the production scheduling and control system of intelligent water meter automatic production line;then studying the production scheduling and control system of production workshop of intelligent water meter factory H;finally designing and realizing the production scheduling and control system of intelligent water meter factory H to provide the enterprise with energy saving and consumption reduction,cost reduction and rapid response to changes in market demand,Finally,we designed and implemented the production scheduling and control system of intelligent water meter plant H,which provides important support for energy saving,cost reduction and rapid response to market demand changes.Its main research work has the following four points:1.This paper takes Company H as the research background,studies the current situation of domestic and foreign research on intelligent manufacturing,MES system,production scheduling and control system,and analyzes the current situation of MES system,the current situation of products and product processes,etc.in Smart Water Meter Factory H.On this basis,it analyzes the overview of its system model,and studies the information system interface as well as the MES system integration process and the main business processes in the company.2.The characteristics of the production scheduling and control system in the production workshop of intelligent water meter factory H.On the basis of the analysis of its system model overview,the functional requirements of company H are analyzed from three perspectives of lean production,mixed-line production and production traceability,and the corresponding functional model of MES system is established,which focuses on the core functional module of MES system-production scheduling and control system,and the detailed introduction of The main objectives and key points of the design of production scheduling and control system are introduced in detail.3.The production scheduling control algorithm of the production plant is studied,and a mathematical model and objective function are established for the production scheduling problem of intelligent water meter factory H.The various scheduling algorithms are summarized and compared,and the NSGA2 algorithm(non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm)of the genetic scheduling algorithm is selected for detailed algorithm design;the production scheduling control problem is described,and a multi-objective mathematical model for solving the production scheduling problem is constructed.After describing the production scheduling control problem,constructing a mathematical model for solving the production scheduling problem with multiple objectives,designing a new genetic optimization scheduling control algorithm and completing the model solution,and verifying the effectiveness of the algorithm after application simulation and analysis.4.We designed and developed a production scheduling and control system for intelligent manufacturing automation production workshop,designed the system in detail,realized the management of basic data module,production operation scheduling module,production control module and production information statistical analysis module of the workshop;and applied it to the actual case of intelligent water meter production scheduling and control system of enterprise H.The results show that after the development and innovation of the production scheduling system and control system,the digital scheduling and refinement management of Company H were successfully realized,which improved the scheduling and production efficiency of domestic smart water meter factory Company H,reduced the corresponding cost,and achieved the requirements of automation and digital level of scheduling and management of production.
