In view of the problems of insensitive regulation and easy damage of the flow and pressure regulating valve under the condition of large pressure difference in the long-distance water diversion project,the parameter coupling method is used to optimize the squirrel cage structure of the flow and pressure regulating valve,and the relevant experimental simulation is carried out.In this thesis,the representative large diameter DN1600 flow regulating valve in water diversion engineering system is taken as the research object,analyzes the flow field by CFD method,obtains the reasons for the insufficient flow regulation performance of the valve and the main forms of damage,analyzes the changes of flow characteristics in the regulation process,and obtains the main methods to improve the flow regulation performance of the valve.In order to explore the influence law of the change of fluid flow area on the flow regulation characteristics of flow and pressure regulating valve,the design idea of equal difference and equal ratio change of orifice diameter and circumferential arrangement number is put forward,and a new design scheme is made for the original structure of throttle squirrel cage.The flow field analysis results of valves under different design schemes are obtained through simulation analysis.It is concluded that when the change curve of flow area is "parabola",the flow characteristics of flow and pressure regulating valve are close to the target flow characteristics.A new design idea is obtained from the influence law of valve flow area change on flow characteristics,and three optimization schemes are made for the squirrel cage structure of flow and pressure regulating valve.The CFD method software is used to simulate and analyze the three optimization schemes,compare and discuss the valve flow characteristic curve,working applicability and the impact on the valve flow field under each optimization scheme,and select the optimization design scheme that can not only meet the specific demand flow characteristics,but also reduce the adverse effects of fluid disorder,vortex and cavitation erosion in the flow field of the flow and pressure regulating valve.
