| Valves are widely used in various sectors of the national economy,but in the use of valves,due to the throttling characteristics of the valve,resulting in the flow of fluid medium through the valve process,prone to cavitation phenomenon,equipment and pipeline caused different degrees of harm.Therefore,the s tudy of valve cavitation is of great significance to the development of national economy.In view of the cavitation phenomenon of valves in industrial production,this paper takes multi-stage cage regulating valve as the research object,and specifically does the following work:(1)This paper introduces the harm caused by valve cavitation,the necessity of studying valve cavitation and the research status of valve cavitation at home and abroad,describes the numerical simulation method of multi physical fi eld coupling analysis,and determines the multi physical field coupling analysis method of flow acoustic vibration coupling in this paper to study the acoustic field characteristics of multi-stage cage control valve cavitation.(2)This paper introduces the assumption of cavitation phenomenon and the governing equation of cavitation phenomenon in Fluent software,expounds the basic theory of numerical simulation and basic knowledge of sound field,and introduces the wave equation and numerical simulation method of radiant sound field.(3)The flow field of the multi-stage cage control valve is simulated by FLUENT software.The rated flow characteristics of the valve are studied and the cavitation flow characteristics of the valve are analyzed.Through numeri cal simulation,the flow field characteristics of the control valve when cavitation occurs are obtained,which provides conditions for the study of flow acoustic vibration coupling analysis.(4)ANSYS Workbench modal analysis module and LMS Virtual Lab structural analysis module are used to simulate the modal analysis of multistage cage control valve.Using virtual lab acoustics acoustic analysis software,combined with the results of flow field analysis and modal analysis,carries out the numerical simulati on research on the flow acoustic vibration coupling of the cavitation sound field of the control valve,compares the sound pressure level of different frequency,different monitoring points and different relative opening and the distribution law of the external radiation sound field of the valve,and puts forward the idea of quantitative research on the cavitation noise of the valve. |
