| On 19 January 2020,with the guiding ideology of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,a beautiful China needs to be built,and the national development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Ecology and Environment issued the opinions on further strengthening the treatment of plastic pollution(hereinafter referred to as the new restriction of plastic bags).It can be seen that the most stringent restriction of plastic bags,which is like an arrow fitted to the string and are imperative.Under the background of strengthening plastic pollution control and changing people’s lifestyles,the whole society aims to make a positive response and requirements for the improvement and development of express packaging of plastic material.Especially because of high proportion and consumption of plastic materials used in the express industry there are a series of social and ecological problems in treatment and recycling,and so on.Based on the relevant standards and requirements of plastic reduction and prohibition proposed in the new policy of plastic restriction order,this thesis takes express plastic packaging as the research object.Firstly,with the research methods of questionnaire survey and comparative analysis,this thesis analyzes the existing problems and design needs of express plastic packaging,as well as the material characteristics and application scope of plastic packaging materials,so the three basic countermeasures of "reduction","replacement" and "abandonment" can be put forward for the reduction of plastics packaging.It can achieve the goal of reducing the consumption of plastic materials and promote the reuse of materials and promoting the sustainable development of express packaging;Secondly,by the case analysis method,this thesis has a deep research on the elements of the implementation design which can reduce plastics of express packaging to summarize the main factors of internal factors,external factors and other factors,so as to point out the direction for what to do for comprehensively promoting the plastic reduction of express packaging due to the new plastic restriction order.Finally,combined with the design countermeasures of plastic reduction of express packaging to guide the design practice,this thesis puts forward to design a type of shared express packing box in line with plastic reduction concept.The above research will objectively provide the means and measures of reduction design in express packaging plastic,and provide certain theoretical significance and guiding reference for the continuous research of reduction design in express packaging plastic. |
