| The existing express packaging has various forms,but the packaging materials lacks recyclability.There is no uniform standard for packaging box.Reusable cartons are easily damaged,which causes the consumption of express packaging materials to be greatly consumed.The problem of environmental pollution and waste of resources has become increasingly serious.According to relevant information,the environmental pollution caused by packaging is second only to water pollution,marine lake pollution and air pollution.To this end,design a small foldable courier box that can be reused,not easily deformed,and easy to circulate,so that most of the materials in the express package can be recycled,and the package is folded in the shape of the transportation process.The use of the box in the process of use,thereby saving storage space and logistics costs,which is of great significance for the express packaging industry to increase its economic and social benefits.In this study,This topic uses PP honeycomb board as the substrate,and proposes a structure scheme of express packaging container which is convenient to use,foldable,materials can be recycled,and does not produce packaging waste,and research on its processing scheme;using ultrasonic welding machine The hot pressing test of PP honeycomb panel was carried out to study the indentation process parameters.The compressive strength of the developed express box was verified by the compressive test.The main research contents of the project include:(1)Based on the analysis of the overall technical requirements of the environmental protection and reusable packaging box,a composite material express packaging box based on PP honeycomb panel and double-strand polyester fabric was studied.It analyzes its structural composition,functional elements and cost,and lays a foundation for further optimizing product structure and performance.(2)According to the structural characteristics and forming mechanism of the recyclable express package,the processing technology of the packaging box is studied,and the ultrasonic welding machine is used to test and analyze the process parameters for the indentation process.Studies have shown that the effect of the indentation process is ranked as amplitude>working pressure=welding time=width.The optimum process conditions for the indentation are amplitude 8μm,working pressure 4kg/cm2,welding time 1.4s,and sheet width 100 mm.For a given PP honeycomb sheet,the line regression equation for the folding angle y and the amplitude x1,the working pressure x2,the welding time x3,and the width x4 is:y=-69.9318+77.2727x1+29.5x2+52.5x3-1.025x4。(3)Through the analysis of the theoretical compressive strength formula of the carton and the compression principle of the PP honeycomb panel,it is concluded that the theoretical compressive strength formula of the PP honeycomb panel is (?). |
