| This paper mainly studies and designs a stacking plastic bag bagging machine to replace manual bagging, and conducts dynamic analysis and mechanical analysis of this bagging machine. The length and width of the stacked plastic bags to be packaged are410mm×210mm,and 10 pieces are in a group, and the size of the outer packaging bag is470mm×240mm.The whole bagging machine is mainly composed of three parts, including:conveying part, bagging part and transfer part. The conveying part is composed of two conveyor belts, the purpose of which is to convey and output the stacked plastic bags; The main purpose of the bagging part is to bag the stacked plastic bags.It adopts the bagging method of making the outer packaging bag and bagging the stacked plastic bags.Including the upper and lower lamination, transverse sealing, longitudinal sealing and cutting of stacked plastic bags;the main purpose of the transfer part is to transfer the packaged stacked plastic bags, and then transfer the packaging bags to the conveyor belt for output after sealing and cutting. The three-dimensional modeling software Solid Works is used to model the machine, and then ADAMS is used to analyze its kinematics, and ANSYS Workbench is used to analyze its dynamics.Use ADAMS software to analyze the kinematics of the main mechanisms of the bagging machine, including the film pulling mechanism, the horizontal sealing mechanism, the longitudinal sealing mechanism and the transfer device, and obtain the time-speed relationship diagram of each mechanism.Make sure that each mechanism operates at a reasonable speed during the bagging process. The bagging machine is simulated through ADAMS,so that each mechanism of the bagging machine can complete the bagging within its maximum operating speed range,so that the entire bagging machine can complete the bagging process in the shortest time. The purpose is to shorten the bagging time and improve the bagging efficiency, and the bagging speed is determined to be 20 bags/min.At the same time, the ANSYS software is used to carry out finite element analysis on the bracket, heat sealing device and film of the bagging machine, and the stress, strain and displacement cloud map of the mechanism is obtained.Through finite element software analysis,it is verified that in the whole bagging process, the structure of the bagging machine is stable, which can meet the actual production requirements and will not cause problems such as deformation. |
