Interpretation Of Ancient Town Cultural Landscape And Reconstruction Of Narrative Landscape Based On Semiotics

At present,the landscape renewal and construction of the ancient town has the problem of disconnection between the physical landscape and the cultural value behind it,resulting in the inconsistency between the updated landscape image and the historical style of the ancient town.The reason is that it ignores the internal relationship between traditional culture and landscape space,lacks the cognition and interpretation of the cultural information of the ancient town,and ignores the overall protection of the original cultural environment,As a result,the decline of cultural space scene and overall atmosphere weakens the cultural expression and perception of the ancient town,and finally leads to the accelerated loss of regional traditional culture.As one of the most intuitive carriers of regional traditional culture,the spatial style of ancient town is composed of the presentation of landscape entity and the connotation value of traditional culture.The presentation of landscape entity is the result of the shaping and materialization of traditional cultural connotation.Therefore,how to rebuild the relationship between cultural connotation value and landscape material expression in the ancient town,link the ancient town landscape space and natural landscape elements,reshape the material expression of traditional culture in today’s ancient town renewal landscape,create an ancient town landscape space with situational experience and cultural perception,and realize the living protection of ancient town traditional culture is worthy of attention.This paper combines the protection of ancient town landscape culture with symbol and narration.The reason is that semiotics and narratology are interlinked in theory,have strong plasticity and compatibility in the field of humanities,and have more practical applications in space.The key point of the combination of culture and narration is how to tolerate each other and retain the cultural connotation value between the traditional culture and the rapidly developing modern society.The landscape narrative construction of the traditional culture of the ancient town makes the relationship between cultural value and space clear,the forms of cultural expression diversified and the landscape space readable,which is an important way to solve the lack of interpretation of cultural renewal landscape and the decline of cultural connotation.The research content of this paper can be divided into the following four parts.Firstly,this paper studies and combs the current situation and existing problems of cultural landscape protection in Bayu ancient town,and obtains the current renewal and expression problems in Bayu ancient town.Secondly,at the theoretical level,combined with semiotics and landscape narratology,starting with the traditional culture of the ancient town,this paper puts forward that the ancient town constructs the generated landscape narrative system at the five levels of syntax level,narrative content,narrative symbols,context plot and overall narrative environment,and combs the historical narrative information from the aspects of space,cultural environment From the aspects of human behavior,this paper analyzes the relationship between the ancient town’s traditional culture and space,and gives a new interpretation of the connotation and appearance of cultural values.Then,taking Mudong ancient town as an example,through literature sorting,inductive analysis and field research,this paper deeply analyzes and studies the correlation and influencing factors encountered in the identification,reconstruction and expression of Mudong traditional culture at the landscape level,and combs its cultural category,cultural carrier space,spatial sequence mode,surrounding environmental characteristics Five aspects of narrative information of cultural behavior activities.Finally,on this basis,relying on the ancient town landscape narrative construction system,the symbol translation of landscape elements and spatial scenes of Mudong cultural landscape is carried out.Construct the context plot in the setting of narrative path,spatial sequence arrangement and cultural behavior organization,generate five cultural narrative lines of Mudong ancient town,link the surrounding areas of the ancient town to form the overall protection of culture,and complete the overall narrative of the landscape of Mudong ancient town.It is hoped that it will help to improve the current plight of the ancient town,coordinate the sustainable development of society while inheriting the traditional culture,and face the future,which is of positive significance to the construction of the current cultural landscape environment and the living protection of culture.
