In order to improve energy efficiency and solve ecological and environmental protection issues,the automobile industry of all countries regards new energy vehicles as a new development channel.China’s new energy automobile industry was identified by the State Council of China as one of the seven strategic emerging industries in 2010,and entered a high-speed growth channel in2014.By 2019,the total production and sales volume of China has ranked first in the world for five consecutive years.However,with the gradual withdrawal of the new energy subsidy policy,China’s new energy automobile industry has begun to shift from policy-driven to market-driven.Faced with trade sanctions in the European and American markets,countries along the “Belt and Road” will become important transfer markets for China’s new energy vehicle trade.In order to form a situation where the resources of the new energy automobile industry are complementary and mutually beneficial,it is urgent to conduct in-depth research on the current status of the trade of new energy vehicles among countries along the "Belt and Road",the pattern of trade networks and their influencing factors.The research found in this paper:(1)China plays a major role as an exporter of new energy vehicles in the trade of new energy vehicles along the route;South Asia and Central and Eastern Europe are the main markets for the trade of new energy vehicles between China and countries along the route;pure electric vehicles are China’s main force Export products.(2)The new energy vehicle trade network along the route is highly connected and has excellent connectivity,but there is still room for improvement in trade intensity;China occupies an absolute center position in the trade network and at the same time plays the role of "middleman";Central and Eastern Europe Some countries in West Asia and Southeast Asia are at important nodes;the overall core edge structure of the trade network is relatively stable and can be divided into four sections.Each section is mainly represented by inward trade,outward trade and two-way trade,reflecting the excellent reciprocity of the trade network Sex.(3)The difference in the level of economic development has a significant positive effect on the establishment of new energy vehicle trade relations;the difference in lithium battery trade and whether it is a neighboring country has a significant positive effect on the establishment of new energy vehicle trade relations and trade intensity;similar business convenience Index,logistics performance index,tariff level,fuel export level,and geographic distance are conducive to establishing new energy vehicle trade links between countries and increasing trade intensity.China should promote and improve the new energy vehicle strategic cooperation mechanism of countries along the “Belt and Road”,accelerate the construction of regional new energy vehicle trade channels,strengthen cooperation in the interconnection of power infrastructure,continue to deepen the new energy vehicle product differentiation strategy,and enhance the effect of independent domestic brands.Countries along the route should deepen cooperation to jointly build a "new situation" for the global development of new energy vehicles under the "Belt and Road",form a "new momentum" for high-end development,and open up a "new channel" for logistics and trade. |
