Nowadays the trend of the development of the power grid is more and more tend to be intelligent,due to the power grid with electricity "hair,lose,and match,with" five links,the substation is in the process of power grid in power generation,transmission and distribution power important place,therefore,the intelligent substation design in the future is the key of the power grid development.Intelligent substation is developed on the basis of the traditional substation,and its characteristics are embodied in intelligence,networking,statalization,etc.With the growing maturity of power technology,the advantages of intelligent substation are prominent and significant,replacing the traditional substation has become the inevitable trend of the development of today’s power industry.It is now widely used throughout the country.This paper has mainly completed the following aspects:Firstly,this paper proposes the overall design scheme of the 66 k V substation with the intelligent device,analyzes and studies the application of the power system and the power consumption in the jurisdiction,and analyzes the main transformer capacity and voltage level of the upper set.By analyzing and comparing the two access schemes proposed,the equipment type is selected with reference to the calculation result of the short-circuit current and the design work of the relevant supporting facilities is completed,and the intelligent primary equipment is partially intelligentized.Secondly,the secondary design work is carried out with reference to the design framework of Shangji Substation.The main contents include the energy measurement device,dispatch data access device,secondary safety protection principle,and relay protection device design of Changji Substation.In the secondary system,the information of each power subsystem is shared by the monitoring module,thereby reflecting the network of the intelligent substation.Finally,in the design process of the substation,the intelligentization of the substation is realized by arranging outdoor AIS,conventional transformers and other intelligent components on the transmission line.At the same time,in the design,the primary equipment of the substation is equipped with electronic sensors to monitor the operating status of each equipment in real time,which fully realizes the intelligent management of the electrical system of the substation.
