| In the development of contemporary society,power is very important.As a direct driving force for all walks of life,power’s security,stable transmission and national economic are related to social development closely.So,the smart grid and the construction of intelligent substation has become an inevitable trend.The reliability of substation relay protection system is directly related to the power supply,so it is of great practical significance to carry on the research of relay protection system based on ARM intelligent substation.This paper presents three key characteristics of intelligent substation relay protection system through introducing the Relay protection system of the intelligent substation,and Comparing to the traditional substation structure:Intelligent protection device,Electronic transformer,The Application of Network Communication in the Whole Station.In order to reflect the advantages of intelligence,this article designed the protection device that on the system,after viewing the relevant literature.In the hardware,protection module,communication module,human-computer interaction module was designed,based on the ARM9 series AT91SAM9261 chip in accordance with the modular concept;software on the module Function of the program design,taking into account the substation in the substation after the failure of the transient process failure voltage,current is rich in transient noise,affecting the protection accuracy,it must use a reliable algorithm for filtering.In this paper,by comparing the traditional full-wave Fourier algorithm,the Kalman algorithm is applied to the protection algorithm of the transmission line,and the base wave amplitude of the fault current is estimated by constructing the ground fault simulation model.The results show that the Kalman algorithm is more effective.Software was designed based on the overall structure,including the main program and the interrupt subroutine design.Aiming at the problem of electromagnetic interference and transient stability of capacitive voltage divider,an improved scheme is proposed.Through data calculation and simulation verification,to determine its superiority.The whole station communication network transmission is a sign of substation intelligence.Through the analysis of the technology transmission principle and network protocol of EPON,this techology is proposed to use to achieve the sampling data of protection system and the transmission of control command.A network is also build to connect the whole Intelligent Substation. |
