| At the end of 2019,when the Central Economic Work Conference deployed key tasks for 2020,the first focus of the work pointed out:"Resolutely implement the new development concept of innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing,and promote high-quality development.",Its De Naipu".Green buildings integrate land-saving,water-saving,energy-saving,material-saving and environmental protection requirements,and are important carriers for building a "beautiful China".Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,green buildings have developed rapidly and the standards have been gradually improved.From simple energy saving to green environmental protection,remarkable achievements have been made.In order to further promote the development of green buildings in Fushun City,first of all,this article combined with the status quo of the implementation of green building policies in Fushun City,analyzed in many ways,and analyzed the implementation of green building policies based on the main procedures and effects of the implementation of green building policies.Several problems exist in the paper,conduct a summary analysis,study the policy formulation structure and implementation effect,and make the basis for the improvement measures in the next part;finally,the author uses the Smith policy implementation model to separately select from the policy itself,the implementation subject,and the target group.The research and countermeasures are carried out in four aspects that affect the environment.Since the green building in Fushun City is in the development stage,the proposed countermeasures have great practical significance and application value for the subsequent construction development.At present,most of the research on the implementation of green building policies is still at the theoretical level.Although there are also tests from the perspective of actual research,the number is small and the scope of research is not wide.It plays a role in the management of the executive body to promote green There are few development studies on the implementation of construction policies.Therefore,the research in this paper has a certain degree of innovation.I hope that the research in this paper can contribute a modest force to the implementation of green construction policies in Fushun. |
