Parent-child interaction is a parent-child interaction activity that is jointly participated by parents and children,and parent-child products are products used by both parties to jointly complete a parent-child interaction in the interactive process.Parent-child interaction is an important way to enhance parent-child feelings,and parent-child products are an important medium to bring parent-child relationship closer.However,many children’s products now under the banner of parent-child products have not achieved effective parent-child interaction and achieved parent-child emotional satisfaction.The purpose of this paper is to explore a consistent parent-child interaction mode and parent-child interaction mode and parent-child interaction product design method through the study of 3-6-year-old preschool children and their parents.This paper targets 3-6 years old preschool children and their parents for in-depth research and analysis,including their age characteristics,physical and psychological characteristics,environmental characteristics,etc.;uses user research methods to explore the user needs and design principles of parent-child interactive products,and improve the design of parent-child interactive products.Using the relevant theories of user research,through quantitative and qualitative research,the user needs and design positioning are clarified.First of all,through the questionnaire survey,the preliminary investigation of the problems existing in the current stage of parent-child interaction was carried out,and the main problems such as the indifference of parent-child relationship and the lack of rich content of parent-child interaction were found.Secondly,according to the different time periods of parent-child interaction,the users were classified,the parents were interviewed through the user interview method,the user pain points were analyzed,the potential needs of users were excavated,the shortcomings of the product and the user’s expectations for the product functions were clarified,and different family character models and user journey diagrams were established,and the user needs were summarized.Finally,after theoretical research and user analysis,the interactive product design of parent-child interactive products was carried out,and the design principles of fun,humanization,safety,interactivity,and emotion were put forward in combination with the survey results,and the design positioning of the product was determined,starting from the interactive process of parentchild interaction mode,the design practice was completed,and the prototype was made,the kinetic energy test,the program was deepened,and the design was finally completed and the design evaluation was carried out.The design of parent-child dynamic bicycles that parents and children can jointly carry out parent-child sports,this design parents can drive children to do cycling sports together,parent-child sports and cooperation mode interaction,can improve the depth of parent-child interaction,promote parent-child relationship,realize the emotional communication between parents and children,meet user needs,and provide reference value for future parent-child interactive product design.Based on the existing problems of parent-child interaction and the interactive needs of users,this paper shifts the focus of interaction from the interaction between people and products to the promotion of interaction between people with products as the medium,and then rises to the cultivation of parent-child feelings to form a good parent-child relationship and the healthy growth of children.
