| The Blue Valley Industrial Park project covers an area of 500 acres.Shandong Lanrun Group invested a total of 1.2 billion yuan to revitalize the 70,000 square meters of idle workshops.An integrated marine science and technology industrial park.Since the project started in December 2021,due to the lack of project quality control experience of the construction unit Shandong Lanrun Group,the quality control plan for the construction project of the Blue Valley Science and Technology Industrial Park formulated and implemented is very rough,which makes the preliminary preparation of the project carried out according to the plan.There are many deficiencies in the quality control of the work.There are many problems such as insufficient construction raw materials and construction machinery and equipment plans and quality defects,the design of construction drawings is not fully applicable to the actual construction,and there are flaws in the approval of the project.It has caused serious negative impact and is not conducive to achieving the established quality control objectives of the project.At the same time,although the current regulations on the quality control plan of the Blue Valley Science and Technology Industrial Park construction project in the project construction stage and the regulations on the completion acceptance stage have not been fully applied to the project quality control practice,there are also obvious problems.In view of this,this thesis studies the optimization of the quality control of the construction project of the Blue Valley Science and Technology Industrial Park.First of all,the current status and influencing factors of the quality control of the construction project of the Blue Valley Science and Technology Industrial Park are analyzed.After a brief introduction to the current status of the project quality control,the focus is on the project quality control from the three stages of the project preparation stage,the project construction stage and the project completion acceptance stage.The influencing factors of control are analyzed,which provides a starting point for the evaluation of the project quality control scheme in the following article;secondly,based on the analysis results of the influencing factors of project quality control,the project quality control evaluation index system is constructed,and the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy synthesis are comprehensively used.The evaluation method evaluates the current project quality control plan,and the evaluation results show that the current quality control plan is a general level,and its overall content should be optimized;thirdly,based on the evaluation results of the project’s current quality control plan,the project preparation stage,project The quality control optimization scheme in the construction stage and the completion acceptance stage of the project;finally,the guarantee measures for the project quality control are proposed from three aspects: capital guarantee,system guarantee and organizational guarantee measures.Through the research,a scientific and systematic project quality control optimization scheme can be provided for the construction project of the Blue Valley Science and Technology Industrial Park,which is conducive to the smooth completion of the project according to the established quality standards,and can also provide a certain reference for the quality control of similar projects in China. |
