At present,the domestic building waterproof industry is faced with the pain point problem of great harm of leakage,high leakage rate and difficult plugging for a long time.The main reason is that the existing leakage detection technology can not simultaneously achieve accurate positioning and online monitoring of leakage.In view of the above problems,this paper designed an on-line monitoring system for the leakage location based on intelligent perception of waterproof rolling material.Through the intelligent design scheme of waterproof rolling material,accurate positioning and online monitoring of building leakage were successfully achieved.At present,the research and application of the on-line monitoring system from the perspective of intelligent building materials abroad is still in its infancy,and there is no publicly published related research and industry application in China.Compared with the existing methods,the system has the advantages of high integration,convenient construction,and the same positioning accuracy,has a lower cost.Therefore,the study of this paper not only provides a new technical solution to solve the problem of building leakage,but also plays a role in promoting the intelligent and digital development of building waterproof industry,which is of great significance to promote the transformation and upgrading of waterproof industry.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Identify problems and propose solutions.Through the research and analysis of the "difficult plugging" problem in the current building waterproof industry and the existing leakage detection technology,it is found that the existing leakage detection technology can not meet the development needs of the industry.Therefore,a new online monitoring system for the leakage location is proposed in this paper.The system realizes the function of leakage location monitoring by integrating the detection line core on the traditional waterproof roll material.In this paper,two intellectualized design schemes for waterproof rolling materials are proposed.After the feasibility analysis,the scheme based on four-line positioning detection algorithm with high integration and long monitoring distance is selected as the technical route of this study.(2)The overall implementation of the system.The system is composed of intelligent sensing waterproof roll,leakage location alarm host and visual monitoring platform.Among them,the intelligent sensing waterproof roll as a sensing unit is the basis of the research of this system.In this paper,Cr20Ni35 nickel-chromium alloy wire is selected as the detection line core to complete the integrated design of intelligent sensing waterproof roll material.On this basis,STM32 is used as a microprocessor to complete the software and hardware design of the leakage location alarm host.The main functions include: the collection and processing of leakage information inside the building and the leakage alarm function.The specific location of leakage cannot be known only by the leakage distance calculated by the alarm host.Therefore,this paper developed a visual monitoring platform,which can not only display the monitoring situation inside multiple buildings at the same time,but also clearly mark the specific location of leakage in the building,so as to analyze the causes of leakage and accurate plugging of leakage.(3)Test and analysis of the system functions.In this paper,the feasibility and function of the system are tested and analyzed from many aspects.The verification results show that: from the point of view of the detection line core,environmental factors have little influence on the positioning accuracy of the system;From the perspective of intelligent sensing waterproof coil,the performance index of integrated detection line core still meets the requirements of national standards,and the mechanical properties of the coil are greatly improved.From the perspective of the overall function of the system,each part of the system has perfect functions,which can accurately locate the specific location of leakage and display it correctly in the visual monitoring platform to meet the expected functional requirements of the system.
