| Construction Engineering Measurement and Valuation is a professional direction skill course for the cost of secondary vocational schools.In the teaching activities,teachers need to set up the real situation to let the students complete the course together in a teamwork manner.In the learning activities,students need to clear their learning goals and promote learning activities through self-exploration and self-learning.However,the author investigates the current situation of the teaching of construction engineering measurement and pricing in secondary vocational schools and finds that in the current curriculum teaching,students have low interest in learning,lack of comprehensive ability of students,disjointed teaching content and actual teaching,and a single teaching evaluation method.The problem.Therefore,the introduction of the project teaching method in the teaching of Building Engineering Measurement and Valuation in secondary vocational schools has certain practical significance.This paper firstly studies and studies the research materials of project teaching methods at home and abroad through the literature research method,and draws the enlightenment and shortcomings of the project teaching method in teaching practice.Secondly,this paper studies the teaching status of the course of Construction Engineering Measurement and Valuation in a secondary vocational school in a province through the investigation method.Finally,this paper conducts the teaching design and teaching practice of the project teaching method in the course of Building Engineering Measurement and Valuation in the secondary vocational school,and summarizes the practical data and draws practical conclusions.Through the survey of students,teachers and enterprises in secondary vocational schools,it is found that the teaching of Construction Engineering Measurement and Valuation in secondary vocational schools exists: students’ interest in learning is not high,students’ comprehensive ability is lacking,and the content of teaching is decoupled from reality.There are four aspects of the teaching evaluation method.Through the project teaching method,the analysis of teaching design and teaching practice in the course of Construction Engineering Measurement and Valuation in secondary vocational schools shows that students in the experimental class are introduced after the introduction of the project teaching method in the course of Construction Engineering Measurement and Valuation in secondary vocational schools.Compared with the control class,the academic achievement has made great progress,the interest in learning has been significantly improved,the comprehensive ability of the students has been promoted,and the students are better at learning activities in a teamwork manner.Through the use of diversified teaching evaluation methods in the evaluation of teaching,students have obtained objective and fair evaluation. |
