As the most important product sales channel and service supply channel for auto manufacturer K Group,auto dealers in the commercial vehicle industry are the lifeblood of auto manufacturers’ survival and development.Improving the comprehensive ability of dealers is also an important link for auto manufacturers to stand out in the fierce competition in the future.For the management of dealers,the management of dealers cannot only stop at the assessment and requirements of dealers.How to select,support and improve the comprehensive ability of dealers will definitely become a One of the core competitiveness of automobile manufacturers;at the same time,the market information fed back by high-quality dealers will also be an important resource for automobile manufacturers to conduct market analysis and industry research,and play a positive role in the development of automobile manufacturers.This paper chooses the comprehensive ability evaluation of K Group’s commercial vehicle dealers as the research entry point,and analyzes the comprehensive ability evaluation of K Group’s commercial vehicle dealers.Using the balanced scorecard and strategy map theory,combined with the key result area theory and the characteristics of dealers in the commercial vehicle industry,9 key result areas were determined for the comprehensive ability evaluation of dealers,and they were drawn from the dimensions of finance,customers,internal processes,innovation and learning.The strategic map of dealer comprehensive ability evaluation innovatively proposes the design idea of commercial vehicle industry dealer comprehensive ability evaluation index system;builds the commercial vehicle industry dealer comprehensive ability evaluation index system.Using AHP and Delphi method to determine the weight of indicators,using Z-score standardization method to standardize various indicators,combined with these mathematical tools,the comprehensive ability evaluation model of dealers in my country’s commercial vehicle industry is finally established,which is quantitative,Intuitiveness,reliability and other advantages.Through the empirical research on the automobile manufacturer K Group,combined with the results of various ability weights and scoring,we choose to focus on the analysis of customer satisfaction,dealer brand maintenance,human resource management,and innovation and development ability improvement.To improve customer satisfaction,it is necessary to focus on improving the exhibition hall environment,improving the management and control of the transaction process,enhancing customer care after delivery,and strengthening staff reception capabilities and process management;to improve dealer brand maintenance,it is necessary to strengthen trust,adjust channel rights,and implement a reasonable incentive system;To improve the human resources management of dealers,effective training,reasonable performance assessment and fair incentives are required;to enhance the innovation and development capabilities of dealers,it is necessary to strengthen the implementation of the construction of integrated sales and service stores,the promotion of short video operations,and the environmental protection of dealers.
