| Most of the new energy vehicle companies are called Internet car companies by themselves,how to create a business model based on the Internet technology for Internet car companies is all that matters.And when creating products,they should consider the integration of Internet-related technologies in marketing for exposure and enhancement of brand effects,which will lay foundations for finally realizing an intelligent enterprise in all links of the supply chain.Enterprises generally re-develop through the exchange of products and services to achieve profitability and obtain capital support.The intelligent,high quality and sustainable development has aroused higher demand for the marketing of new energy vehicles.For promoting the realization of building a powerful country in automobile industry,the article has built a user portrait at first,then has proposed the optimization platform of precision marketing system based on user portrait,and divides customers into certain groups according to the levels of customer value and loyalty,and finally proposed combination marketing strategies for the four types of customer groups in this paper.To build a user portrait,the paper analyzes the overall framework of the precise marketing of pure electric vehicle companies and has built a label system based on supply and demand from the two dimensions of user status and process to conduct a research of labels,including the static demographic data,dynamic behaviors,psychological changes and car-use situation of N company customers,and the theories of big data and precision marketing have been organically integrated to evaluate and offline labels qualitatively and quantitatively.The user profiles constructed in this study can be used as a forward-looking indicator and a reference tool to target and acquire potential high-profit customers.Based on the labels of process in the user portrait,enterprises can directionally formulate maintenance strategies for specific users,extend the customer life cycle,and maximize the profit of customers in the life cycle.Enterprises can try to combine the user labels of status and the user labels of process in the user portrait and set some valuable points which can be not only used as points of dissemination,the welfare of loyal users,but also the key of making the final purchase decision when new customers consider products and services of enterprise,which has certain practical significance in the entire customer life cycle. |
