| With the arrival of January 8,2023,China has officially entered the "post-epidemic era".Since the official outbreak of the COVID-19 in 2019,due to the impact of the government’s epidemic control policies and the slowdown of China’s economic development,The development of civil aviation passenger transport industry also shows a slight decline. With the implementation of the "Class B and Class B management" policy of the COVID-19,how DC Airlines seize this opportunity to develop and grow has become the top priority in the future. This paper takes DC Airlines as an example, through in-depth interviews with relevant personnel of its marketing department and some ticket-buying passengers to understand the current precision marketing strategy of DC Airlines, and analyzes the four main problems faced by its current precision marketing strategy: customer management is not comprehensive enough, passenger purchase costs are high, passenger service investment is insufficient, and company brand recognition is not enough. Then,by analyzing the macro policy environment, domestic and international economic environment, technical environment, social environment and development environment of DC Airlines in the region where DC Airlines is located,it is proposed that DC Airlines should adjust its precision marketing strategy in the post-epidemic era, optimize its marketing strategy with consumer demand as the core, and conduct differentiated marketing through fine distribution of passengers(Customer),reduce the cost of passengers’ tickets(Cost),provide differentiated passenger services(Convenience),maintain and expand customer sources and then create the company’s brand(Communication),namely, the "4Cs" marketing strategy. Finally we can improve the core competitiveness of DC Airlines by applying the new marketing strategy.DC Airlines expects to complete more refined management of passengers and implement differentiated marketing strategies through the optimized precision marketing strategy, and finally complete the annual strategic objectives of DC Airlines. |
