Research On The Maintenance And Management Of Rural Roads In Dongyuan County

In my country’s road network structure,rural roads are an indispensable part.As the most basic transportation facility in the vast rural areas,it shoulders the task of connecting many counties,townships and villages.It has a long mileage and a large coverage.The key to solving the "three rural" problems has played an irreplaceable basic role in the healthy development of the rural economy.Since 2003,Dongyuan County has vigorously promoted the construction of rural roads in accordance with the unified arrangement of the central government,Guangdong Province and Heyuan City.Townships and 258 administrative villages are all accessible,benefiting the production,life and daily travel of the people in the county.However,due to factors such as weak financial funds and low maintenance,the rural roads in Dongyuan County still suffer from lack of nourishment and lack of nourishment.Whether the maintenance and management of rural roads is in place is a prerequisite for the long-term effective use of roads,and it is of great significance to the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in my country.Based on the above reasons,this paper selects Dongyuan County as the research object.Starting from the theory of public goods and collaborative governance,through literature research,survey research,comparative research and other research methods,this paper conducts multi-angle research on rural road maintenance management in Dongyuan County.Analyzed and researched,sorted out the development history of rural roads in the county,implemented maintenance management measures,and achieved results.Through research,it is found that there are still problems in Dongyuan County in terms of rural road maintenance management,such as inadequate implementation of the main responsibility of maintenance management,insufficient investment in maintenance funds,the quality of maintenance management needs to be improved,and the road environment is chaotic.In view of the maintenance and management problems faced by Dongyuan County,this paper has carried out in-depth analysis of the reasons from the aspects of management system,capital source,technical force,and road administration management.At the same time,drawing inspiration from the experience and practice of advanced domestic areas,the author has made four improvement plans around some improper points of maintenance management: first,strengthen the implementation of responsibilities and straighten out the maintenance management system;second,strengthen capital guarantee and enrich maintenance funds Source channels;thirdly,strengthening the maintenance force and innovating the maintenance management model;fourthly,strengthening the collaborative governance and improving the road area management environment.
