Abstract/Summary:
Traditional aviation equipment maintenance training is often restricted by problems such as high cost and low resources.At the same time,field maintenance experiments are also affected by emergencies.In the event of a large-scale epidemic,it is difficult to carry out experiments in accordance with the maintenance plan.There are many restrictions.With the development of computer technology,maintenance experiments tend to be virtualized and remote.The purpose of this paper is to improve the effect of maintenance experiments.In the context of virtual simulation technology,a set of systems suitable for multi-user interaction for remote virtual maintenance simulation experiments are developed and designed.It is required to generate a more comprehensive maintenance experiment task on the server according to the user’s setting,and send it to the client for virtual maintenance simulation experiment.The system can effectively improve the efficiency of virtual maintenance experiments and propose a solution to the challenges faced by traditional maintenance experiments.The design and realization of the system are mainly divided into the following steps.First,starting from the background of virtual maintenance and remote experiments and the current situation at home and abroad,the goal and significance of the research of the entire system are proposed.Secondly,it introduces the key technologies used in the development,including system modeling methods,database access and remote communication technologies,and conducts overall and sub-module requirements analysis to clarify the functional requirements of each module and the performance requirements of the entire system.The use case model of each functional module of the system is constructed using the unified modeling language UML,and a scheme of using C++ language combined with TCP network communication technology to design and develop under the VS platform is proposed.Then the frame design of the whole system is carried out,the overall structure and data flow of the system are proposed,and the detailed flow design of each function point is carried out in modules.Then the remote data processing and transmission methods are studied,and the problem of remote data communication is solved.Finally,according to the system design plan,the realization,testing and result display of each function are completed.The final test results of the system meet the system requirements and can achieve the expected goals.In general,the system proposed in this paper can provide a solution for the remote experimental method of virtual maintenance simulation.
