With the rapid development of computer technology,virtual reality technology has been widely used in various interactive fields because of its characteristics of immersion and reality.In the field of large-scale complex equipment maintenance,professional training and skill training of maintenance personnel in the traditional form need to consume large costs due to the complex structure of maintenance objects,specific operation sites and tedious and rigorous operation procedures,and it is difficult to improve efficiency.The application of virtual reality technology in maintenance training and skill training can help relevant practitioners improve their operational ability and learn theoretical knowledge,and play a positive role in reducing training costs and improving efficiency.In this paper,based on the user experience for interaction design center,maintenance of equipment of complex virtual reality interaction design research,through the appropriate research methods for the user research,and the virtual reality display forms visual interaction related markers experiment analysis,are suitable for virtual reality interaction maintenance form of interface design direction,guide design practice.The main work and achievements of the thesis are as follows.(1)This paper analyzes and summarizes the concepts of virtual reality and interaction design as well as the types of virtual reality technology manifestations developed so far.Based on the implementation characteristics of interaction design,the design ideas of interaction design under virtual reality are proposed,and the relevant guidance direction of virtual reality interaction design is obtained by integrating theories related to user experience.(2)The content of interaction design of virtual reality complex equipment maintenance system is analyzed and studied,which mainly includes the expression form of interaction interface,interface visual elements,differences between virtual reality interaction and traditional interaction,interaction mode and feedback form,man-machine size interaction evaluation,etc.,providing corresponding reference for design practice.(3)According to the methods of user research,the user research method of the project is selected,the interaction needs of relevant users are obtained through the corresponding form of research,and the user demand hierarchy priority model is constructed through the analytic hierarchy process,which provides a basis for the experimental research content and subsequent design research.(4)Based on the research focus extraction of interaction elements and user research results,an evaluation experiment was designed on the impact of highlighting display mode of parts in virtual reality maintenance interaction on visual interaction.Qualitative and quantitative research was conducted on different display modes by building a virtual experimental environment,and the experimental results were analyzed.For obscured and not obscured indication parts respectively suitable rendering,according to the results of the first experiment is marked parts according to different combinations of user and remove the task performance for repair of experiment research,based on the analysis of experimental results concluded that suitable for virtual reality interactive visual interaction design elements of maintenance.(5)The high-speed train bogie is selected as the case object of complex equipment maintenance interaction to carry out the maintenance interaction environment under the virtual reality environment.The overall design of the interactive interface of the system is carried out,and the usability of the system interaction is evaluated through the usability test,which provides a reference for future design research.
