The Influence Of Interpersonal Relationship On Employee Safety Attitude In Civil Aviation Maintenance Teams | | Posted on:2022-03-08 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:Y Wang | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2532306488480624 | Subject:Safety science and engineering | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Continuously strengthening team building is an important starting point for the implementation of the "three basics" of civil aviation.Maintenance often operates in the form of teams and is the first line of defense to ensure the safe operation of civil aviation.In order to study the influence path of the interpersonal relationship on the employee safety attitude in maintenance teams,the connotation of the interpersonal relationship and safety attitude in the maintenance teams is clarified through theoretical analysis.Based on literature analysis,the three mediating variables which are organizational trust,safety communication and safety cognition are introduced to construct the influence path of the interpersonal relationship on the safety attitude.With putting forward the hypothesis of intermediary influence path,the basic hypothesis model of interpersonal relationship on the employee safety attitude in maintenance teams is constructed.The scale to have a questionnaire survey on first-line maintenance personnel is compiled with the high maturity,reliability and validity scales.To be more targeted,the scale is combined with the working characteristics of civil aviation maintenance personnel.SPSS 25 is used to perform basic analysis of reliability and validity,correlation analysis,and one-way analysis of variance on the collected data.By the regression analysis and SEM with AMOS 23,the direct influence of interpersonal relationship on safety attitude in maintenance teams is verified,which has positive predictive effect.Among the three constituent dimensions of interpersonal relationship,the sentimental relationship dimension has a positive impact on employees’ attitudes towards managers;the instrumental relationship dimension has a negative impact on employees’ attitudes towards managers and safety practices,while has a positive effect on their attitudes towards risk;the obligatory relationship dimension has a positive impact on employees’ attitudes towards safety policies and safety practices,but has a negative impact on attitudes towards risk.The SEM is used to verify the final influence paths of the interpersonal relationship on the employee safety attitude in civil aviation maintenance teams.The final model contains 7influence paths: a direct influence path of interpersonal relationship to safety attitude with a path coefficient of 0.515,the intermediary influence path of interpersonal relationship→ safety communication→ safety attitude with a path coefficient of 0.108,the intermediary influence path of interpersonal relationship→ safety cognition → safety attitude with a path coefficient of 0.093,the intermediary influence path of interpersonal relationship→ organizational trust →safety attitude with a path coefficient of-0.226,the chain intermediary influence path of interpersonal relationship → safety communication → safety cognition → safety attitude with a path coefficient of 0.061,the chain intermediary influence path of interpersonal relationship→ organization trust → safety communication → safety attitude with a path coefficient of 0.189,and the chain intermediary influence path of interpersonal relationship → organizational trust→safety communication→ safety cognition→ safety attitude with a path coefficient of 0.106.The total effect of interpersonal relationships on safety attitude is 0.846,while 60.87% is explained by direct effect with the path coefficient of 0.515,39.13% is explained by the indirect and the intermediary effect with a path coefficient of 0.331.The direct effect is greater than the intermediary effect.The influence path model has no significant difference between the formal organization and the informal organization,and it has cross-group stability. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | civil aviation maintenance teams, interpersonal relationship, safety attitude, organizational trust, safety communication, safety cognition, chain mediation effect, structural equation model(SEM) | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
