The configuration and complexity of runway are becoming more and more obvious.At the same time,the rationalization of runway layout,the matching degree of runway operation mode and flow become the key to the operation and development of busy airport and terminal area.The future planning of multiple runways of Urumqi airport as the research object,and mainly analyzes the above contents from two aspects of runway configuration optimization and runway operation mode conversion.On the one hand,combined with the wake sinking law,the relationship between runway stagger distance and capacity under the relevant operation mode of close parallel runway is analyzed.This paper analyzes the characteristics of aircraft wake sinking,obtains the wake interval under different staggered distance,and taam simulation runway capacity under the condition of specified average flight delay and aircraft random flight performance;extracts the simulation scene operation data under the corresponding staggered distance,counts the aircraft sequential arrival probability and its approach time interval,and calculates the runway capacity.The effectiveness of increasing the stagger distance to improve the runway capacity is verified.On the other hand,the evaluation index system for evaluating the runway operation status is constructed,and the runway operation mode conversion evaluation model is established.The key elements involved in the runway operation are summarized,the runway operation state evaluation index system based on the reference of relevant literature and the opinions of control experts is constructed,the evaluation model of runway operation mode conversion combining entropy weight method and TOPSIS method is established,and the feasibility of the evaluation model is verified by the case study of Urumqi future planning multi-runway.The optimization strategy of multi-runway configuration is obtained through the research of runway stagger distance,and the conversion strategy of multi-runway operation mode is obtained through the analysis of runway operation state.The multi-runway operation strategy can provide theoretical reference for the reconstruction and expansion of airport runway and the conversion of runway operation mode.
