| The survey and design industry is a technology-intensive industry and plays an important role in the smooth development of construction projects and implementing national macroeconomic and industrial policies.As an industry that transforms technological knowledge achievements into labor productivity,it’s fuction in promoting enterprise innovation cannot be ignored.In addition,it is also a leading industry that drives the development of real estate,construction and other industries.The survey and design industry is an industry that needs national administrative license(qualifications).It is difficult for new enterprises to obtain high-level(level A)qualifications.Therefore,the use of qualified enterprises(Huahui Engineering Design Group Co.,Ltd.)platform to contract regional branches is a shortcut to qualification.How the branch company(Wenzhou Huahui Geotechnical Survey and Design Corporation)"lives" in the early stage and continues to grow is the focus of the company’s attention,but in the process of development and growth,it will definitely experience many growth pains,even fatal pains.If they are not formulated in a timely manner,they will have a great negative impact on start-up enterprises,and some may still be disastrous.This article uses the company’s growth cycle and other related theories to study the survey and design companies at the start-up period,to find out their pain points and reasons and use management tools to propose countermeasures,which will help other similar start-up enterprises.This article first combed the literature research results of the enterprise life cycle theory and growth theory research model,and proposed the theoretical analysis framework of this research on this basis.Secondly,we selected Huahui Group Ningbo Branch and Wenzhou Huahui Geotechnical Investigation Company as the case study objects,and conducted interviews and investigations at different stages of the company’s development.Next,according to the enterprise life cycle theory,the stage of the case company is divided,using SWOT analysis,questionnaire survey and other tools to summarize the growth pain points faced by each stage,and propose targeted solutions.Finally,it dynamically tracks the implementation of solutions by enterprises to verify their effectiveness,and summarizes and summarizes the common growth pains faced by geotechnical survey start-ups and corresponding solutions.Against the background of increasingly fierce competition in the geotechnical survey industry,this article has great reference significance for start-up companies to safely pass the entrepreneurial period and gain a place in the market;at the same time,existing research rarely involves the life cycle of surveying companies.This paper fills up this research gap and applies life cycle theory to the research of geotechnical survey enterprises,which has certain theoretical significance. |
