Research On The Protection And Renewal Strategy Of The Boundary Space Of The Traditional Villages In Southern Fujian

Traditional villages,as historical and cultural relics,are the carriers of ancient people’s life and production.It is also the support of my country’s traditional society,folk customs,and cultural heritage.Reform and opening up have accelerated the process of industrialization and urbanization,and traditional villages have also ushered in opportunities and challenges.My country is paying more and more attention to the protection and renewal of traditional villages.The current research on the protection and renewal of villages as a whole has been gradually advanced from qualitative to quantitative,starting from multiple angles and multiple disciplines.In the context of rural revitalization,some villages have already started protection and renewal work,delineating the core protection scope,and focusing on protection within the core protection scope line.The core protection scope line serves as the boundary line that distinguishes the traditional and the modern,and the boundary space on both sides of the inner and outer sides records two eras.In this article,the core protection scope line is taken as the boundary line,and the depth and width radiating to the inside and outside are used as the boundary space of the study.By analyzing the rationality of the protection and renewal of the boundary space of traditional villages,it can provide reference for the current and future rural construction.This article selects the traditional villages of Wulin Village,as well as historical and cultural villages,and the traditional villages of Fuquan Village in Jinjiang City as the research objects.The two villages have a long history and strong cultural heritage,and the two villages have been protected and renewed.The qualitative research in this paper mainly clarifies the constituent elements of the boundary space,and summarizes the principles of boundary space protection and renewal for the vertical and horizontal interfaces.After clarifying the judgment angle and principle of rationality,the rationality is verified through a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods.Qualitatively analyze the architectural skyline,material and color of the vertical interface,quantitatively use fractal theory to analyze the continuity of the building form before and after the boundary space protection and renovation,and use space syntax to analyze the accessibility of the road network in the boundary space and the openness of public places.After comparative analysis,the strategies and measures for the protection and renewal of the boundary space of the traditional villages in southern Fujian are extracted.Finally,according to the proposed strategies and measures,Tanlin Village,a traditional village and a historical and cultural village,is practiced with a case study,in order to provide ideas and references for the protection and renewal of the boundary space of traditional villages.
