| In the remote mountainous areas and sea areas where the wind farm is generally located,the fan foundation shall bear the characteristics of large eccentric force in 360° direction and reciprocating force in tension and compression.The work volume is increased and the construction is difficult.At present,there are many disadvantages in the common construction technology.In this paper,the application of anchor cable in the foundation of rock fan is the research direction.Firstly,theoretical research and calculation examples are carried out:and the foundation form of rock anchor cable is designed.Secondly,field tests are carried out to verify the anchoring effect of anchor cable applied in the foundation of rock fan and the influence factors of different grouting materials on the anchoring effect.On this basis,the optimal design can improve the uplift resistance Twelve groups of tests were carried out to explore the ultimate pullout bearing capacity,study the mechanical properties,analyze the failure mode and the influencing facors of the pullout bearing capacity after the bottoming expansion.The abaq was further carried out for the anchor cables with different bottoming expansion holes US software simulation analysis,calculation results verify the correctness of test data.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The results of theoretical research and calculation examples show that the stress concentration and bearing maximum axial force occur near the pressure plate of the anchorage section of the pressure type anchor cable,and most of the stress conduction is carried out within 3M around the pressure plate,that is to say,the stress transmission of the anchorage section is limited under different parameters,and the reasonable design of the length of the anchorage section through calculation has guiding significance for engineering practice.(2)Compared with the grouting materials,the results of sliced anchor cable test show that the pre grouting materials plus a certain proportion of aggregate have a good effect on the bond strength of the rock mass;meanwhile,the grouting water temperature in the field affects the anchoring effect,so it is necessary to control the water temperature at 30℃-35℃ to improve the anchoring effect of the anchor cable.(3)Through 12 groups of comparative tests of different geological conditions,different hole diameters,different anchorage lengths and different loading methods in the field,it is concluded that the rock geological conditions of the rock anchor cable with enlarged bottom above the moderate weathering can improve the bearing capacity;the enlarged bottom hole diameter can enhance the anchoring effect;and the loading method affects the stress of the anchorage section.(4)The simulation results show that the rock anchor cable with different hole diameter has influence on the stress and displacement.The larger the hole diameter is:the better the anchoring effect is:and the larger the elongation of the anchor cable is.The calculation results are consistent with the load displacement trend of the test data. |
