| Wind power generation is one of the most large-scale development of power generation in the current state to promote the use of renewable energy.Wind turbine foundation is an important part of wind power generation project,the basic form of wind power project is directly related to the investment benefit and safe operation of the whole wind power project.Therefore,the basis for the selection should be adapted to local conditions.With the development of science and technology,the basic form is not only limited to the traditional form,should be actively explore new basic form,in the premise of ensuring the safety of wind power generator,to optimize the structure,reduce the area,reduce investment,increase efficiency.Comprehensive consideration of economic security and environmental benefits of unity,the rock expansion head anchor applied to wind turbine foundation,explore the application of this new type of rock expanding head bolt in the foundation of wind power generator.In this paper,the optimal design of rock bolts is developed,and the rock expansion head bolt is developed.Based on the actual project,the failure mode,mechanism and main factors influencing the ultimate tensile strength of rock expansion head anchor in wind turbine foundation are analyzed,and the factors which affect the ultimate uplift bearing capacity of rock expansion head in the wind turbine foundation are analyzed by using ABAQUS finite element analysis software.The main research contents are as follows:(1)On the basis of common cylindrical rock bolts,the optimal design is carried out,and the rock expansion head bolt is developed;(2)Based on the actual engineering project,the ultimate uplift bearing capacity of rock expansion head is determined by the test of rock bolt in the field.According to the field test,the failure mode and failure mode of rock expansion joint are further studied;(3)Based on the field test data,the main factors affecting the mechanical behavior of rock expansion head anchor in the foundation of the fan,the main factors affecting the uplift bearing capacity of rock expansion head are analyzed;(4)Using the large finite element software ABAQUS to simulate and analyze the main factors that affect the anti pulling force of the expansion joint.Under the same geological condition,the analysis of the stress of the expansion joint is analyzed under the condition of the different anchoring parameters,and the analysis of the force of the expansion head is made by comparing with the test results. |
