Research On The Driving Mechanism Of The Main Body Behavior And Effect Evaluation Of The Old Industrial Building Recycling

In recent years,the protection and reuse of old industrial buildings have attracted more and more attention from experts and scholars.With the deepening of the research on the theory of old industrial building recycling,the practice of old industrial building recycling has also increased,but there is no Research on the driving mechanism of the main industrial behavior of old industrial building recycling.Under this background,this paper studies the driving mechanism of the main body of the old industrial building recycling,aiming to solve the problems faced by each subject in the recycling process and promote the smooth progress of the recycling project.Based on this,this article starts with the driving factors of the main behavior of the recycling of old industrial buildings,and uses SPSS,structural equation models and other tools to carry out in-depth theoretical and empirical research,from a micro perspective to make up for the shortcomings of the research on the recycling of old industrial buildings.Industrial building recycling provides an important theoretical basis and practical reference.The main contents and results of the research are as follows:(1)Through reading a lot of literature,field research and drawing on research ideas in similar fields,the core interests and behavior characteristics of old industrial building recycling are elaborated.On this basis,the driving factors of old industrial building recycling are identified.Then put forward the research hypothesis of this paper,and build an integrated framework of driving force according to the research hypothesis.(2)According to the integrated structure of the driving factors,construct a conceptual model of the driving factors of the old industrial building recycling subject behavior,and then design the questionnaire of the driving factors of the old industrial building recycling subject behavior,and use the structural equation model to verify and analyze.The results show that the government,development Businessmen and original property owners have a significant influence on the recycling of old industrial buildings,and the main driving factors of the main behavior of the recycling of old industrial buildings are obtained.At the same time,the mechanism and effects of the driving factors are analyzed.(3)By referring to the research results of the effect evaluation in related fields,combined with the driving factors of the subject behavior of the old industrial building recycling and expert interviews,an index system for evaluating the driving effect of the subject behavior of the old industrial building recycling is built,and the entropy weight theory and matter element can be extended The theory is introduced into the evaluation of the behavior-driven effect of the old industrial building recycling subject,and an evaluation model of the behavior-driven effect of the old industrial building recycling subject based on the entropy weight matter-element theory is established,and the effectiveness of the evaluation model is verified by taking an actual project as an example.
