As an important mechanical system that convert hydraulic energy into mechanical energy,Comparing with the traditional mechanical transmission,hydraulic system not just possess the Characteristic of high mechanical efficiency and High energy utilization,but also more smoothly,more accurate and more flexible,hydraulic motor is one of the most important part of the operation,it can be the merits of the hydraulic system;With the continuous development of industry,the demand for the improvement of hydraulic motor performance has been improved as well,so the research of hydraulic motor is meaningful.First of all,the analysis of the force condition of the motor key parts during the working process has been made,using the statics simulation to get the distribution of the equivalent stress and the equivalent deformation of motor key parts;based on the stress release theory,the stress release hole on the piston has been made,and the effectiveness analysis of the stress release hole on the distribution of the equivalent stress and the equivalent deformation has been made,and the best size parameters has been selected.Then,the output characteristic model has been build to study the pulsation mechanism of motor performance,add the zero speed part in the original inner curve,and analysis the variation of pressure and flow of the plunger cavity,in order to select the best parameters of inner curve with the zero speed part,the effectiveness of the zero speed part length on the motor output characteristic has been analysed.Finally,According to the actual working condition of hydraulic motor,The analysis of variation of The lubricant film in the line contact position between inner curve and roller has been made with the Elastohydrodynamic lubrication theory.
