Water hydraulic has attracted human attention due to its advantages in environmentalprotection and flame-retardant. Water hydraulic system and water component have beenresearched by some industrial countries and some water hydraulic products have beenapplied in practical engineer. Nineties of last century, the research of water hydraulic wasstarted in domestic, which was at a basic level, the research of water hydraulic in domesticuniversities such as Zhejiang University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology,Beijing Institute of Technology, Xi’an Jiaotong University has made some good progress.The kinematic viscosity of water is about 1/30 of mineral hydraulic oil and theconductivity of water is about 1000 times of mineral hydraulic oil, so the water leakage ismuch higher than oil leakage and the electrochemical corrosion of water is much strangerthan that of oil. The problems such as the serious wear and corrosion, large leakage,cavitation erosion restrict the developing of water hydraulic when water is used ashydraulic transmission medium. The developing of material science, processing,computer simulation science provides condition of the develop of water hydraulic,water hydraulic axial piston pump, water hydraulic axial piston motor,water hydraulic vane motor, water hydraulic test system have been used in practicalengineer.Radial piston hydraulic motor with low speed and high torque was mainly studied, theresearch of water hydraulic motor was mainly in axial piston motor, vane motor, so thedesign of this motor is first time in domestic. The main contents in this article, first,stator curve of the water hydraulic motor was received by Matlab program with the viewof kinematics, important factors which affect the performance of the curve were studiedand the best stator curve was received. On the basis of the selected stator curve, thekinematics and force of the piston group was studied with Matlab program, change rulewith angle of contact stress between stator and rolling component was received. Theleakage of piston vice between piston and rotor was studied by theoretical analysis andnumerical simulation(CFD) and received conclusion. The analysis and comparison of minimum water film and minimum oil film between stator and rolling component wasstudied by elastodynamic lubrication theory.
