The hydraulic transmission technology is based on the traditional hydraulic oil as the transmission medium, hydraulic oil exist these shortcomings such as pollution, inflammable; Water hydraulic drive system can overcome these shortcomings of hydraulic transmission, the advantages of water hydraulic drive gradually attracted the attention of people in its environmental protection, fire retardant, low price, wide source etc. The water motor as the actuator of hydraulic transmission, can be used in the occasion of food, chemical, pharmaceutical etal because of the special nature of the water,while the oil motor unable to work. But there are still a series of problems such as prone to corrosion, easy leakage, poor lubrication, cavitation.This paper mainly studies the inner curve multi effect water hydraulic motor, review of relevant literature shows that the domestic and foreign research for water hydraulic motor are mainly concentrated in the axial piston water hydraulic motor, vane motor etc. The main contents of this paper are:Introduces the working principle of multi function curve water hydraulic motor, structure was designed and calculated the size of key parts;Analysis the physicochemical properties of water medium and the traditional hydraulic oil. as water be the transmission medium,exist some shortcomings such as easy corrosion, leakage, severe wear,choose the new material which is suitable for the water hydraulic motor; Research and analysis the guide curve type of the inner curve motor, finally,select the constant transition region of constant acceleration curve as the motor stator curve,this curve has some advantage such as torque ripple free, uniform speed, small soft rush phenomenon, use the view of kinematics, software of Matlab drawing the guide curve of motor, and analysis the curve of pressure angle, torque ripple, ripple speed, radial piston speed; calculate the motor theoretical crevice leakage of the key friction of the motor-cylinder piston,then use the softwear Fluent simulate and analysis it, simulation results verify the correctness of the theoretical calculation of crevice leakage,reaching in the same condition, water as the transmission medium for motor,the leakage is20times to the oil medium.Use the gear pump do a similar experiment because it has the similar structure with the motor, water and oil as two different media, the static characteristics of gear pump is tested, achieve the Flow-pressure curve, volumetric efficiency curve and total efficiency curve.
