At present,China’s economy continues to develop at a rapid pace,and the power reform and technology modernization are also advancing with the times,guiding the modern power system reform.Grid dispatch automation is the only way for power to enter the market and power system reform.The power grid dispatching automation system can comprehensively monitor the operating status of the various processes of the power grid,timely perform load and fault location on the substation in real time,and take quick response measures.With it,it is possible to ensure the safety,economy,reliability,and high practical value of the power grid to a considerable degree.In this paper,through the research on the status quo of grid dispatching operation in H region,the current operational problems in H region power grid are analyzed,and the necessity of researching grid region dispatching automation system in H region is elicited,which provides basis and target for subsequent grid dispatch automation software system design..Through the selection and analysis of power flow calculation method,and the application of power flow algorithm in practical work,it lays a theoretical foundation for the calculation of power flow stability limit in the following text.Through the analysis of the main functions of the power grid dispatching automation software system,the design direction of the automation software system is clarified,the function design of the dispatching automation SCADA system and the energy management system EMS design based on the status quo in the H region,and on this basis,the automatic dispatching operation of the power grid is proposed.Construction and protection are expected to contribute to the construction of the grid dispatch operation.Under the background of intelligent and automatic degree of power dispatching system,the paper has carried on the design and the research of the power dispatching system in H area.The main work done is as follows:(1)On the basis of referring to dispatching operation system at home and abroad,the status quo of grid dispatching operation system in H area is analyzed and the existing problems are analyzed.(2)Comparing and analyzing several common tidal current calculation methods,and select the most suitable tidal current calculation method.(3)Combined with the design basis of power dispatching automation system,the dispatching automation system in H area is designed,which mainly includes the design of distribution network terminal station and distribution terminal station.(4)Propose the safeguard strategy of dispatching automation system in H area.
