Electric power industry is the pillar industry of the national economy.It is the foundation and guarantee for the rapid development of economy and society.The power infrastructure construction is the key to ensure the smooth operation of power.In recent years,Jinzhong City electricity demand will continue to increase,Jinzhong Power Grid electricity users constitute,peak and valley time changed,residential electricity consumption accounted for ratio increasing,peak electricity consumption continued to increase,large electricity on the power supply quality proposed higher requirements,Jinzhong City power company the original transfer system has been unable to meet the social demand for electricity,and construction of a high degree of automation,good compatibility of the electric power dispatching automation system is effective way to solve the problems faced by the Jinzhong Power System,but also to promote Jinzhong City Economic and social steady development of a solid guarantee.This topic in Jinzhong City Power Company electric power dispatching automation system design and implementation as the research object,in the related theories of power dispatching automation system,the key technology research based on,combined with Jinzhong Power system operation status and the city's social power,from two aspects of functional requirements,performance requirements of Jinzhong electric power dispatching automation system were demand analysis,balance system of economic feasibility,technical feasibility of the original demand of power dispatching automation system,J2 EE architecture and technology involved in the realization of the system are introduced in this paper.On the basis of demand analysis,Jinzhong electric power dispatching automation system were overall design,detailed design,mainly concern the three modules of the SCADA subsystem,distribution application software,distribution network GIS system functional requirements and interface in the overall design,the flat and modularized design idea,system of the main sub system has standardized internal and external interface,using software to power more common data and communication interface,allowing the system to has a good compatibility and scalability,subsequent increases in application software development,hardwareequipment of additional work to smaller.In the detailed design of the system,a SCADA subsystem as the key introduced the process and content of the detailed design of the system,Jinzhong Electric Power Dispatching Automation System SCADA subsystem including data acquisition and processing module,man-machine interface module,SCADA/GIS/DAS integration module,web sub system etc.,are presented in this paper the function of each module to achieve,equipment selection and critical hardware design,software flow chart and introduces the database design principles and norms,given the specific database form design examples.The paper also introduces the main modules of the system implementation process,gives the system main function module of the source code,run screenshots,a brief introduction of the system test.This paper combines the operation of Jinzhong power grid,the operation of the system,the operation of the system management,daily maintenance,fault treatment,such as a brief introduction.
