Abstract/Summary:
The fatigue failure of the clutch cover accounts for a large proportion of the failure form of the clutch assembly,and a large number of researchers have been working to solve this problem perfectly,and have also obtained certain results.But the fundamental problems have not been solved.Therefore,based on the previous studies and a large number of failure cases,this paper analyzes and studies the deformation,stress change and fatigue life of the clutch cover.On this basis,the structure optimization of clutch cover is carried out,which is of great significance in practical engineering.According to the working condition of the clutch cover,based on the ANSYS software,based on the finite element method and the static analysis on the theory of the clutch cover the load stress analysis,obtained in the clutch cover under the condition of stress,total deformation and stress.Based on the ncode module,the S-N curve of the material was rebuilt and modified.Based on the fatigue theory,the fatigue life of the clutch cover was analyzed,and the fatigue life of each part of the clutch cover was obtained.On the clutch cover parameter modeling,and on this basis,the response analysis of structure optimization of the surface of the clutch cover,clutch cover optimized solution,the comparison is optimized again and analysis of fatigue life and the static optimization before,in other output parameters to meet the reasonable range under the condition of the clutch cover achieve the purpose of weight loss,then the clutch separation characteristic test,overspeed strength test and assembly durability test are carried out respectively.The results of three tests show that the clutch separation stroke has been reduced after the improvement.The friction disc and pressure disc wear are reduced in clutch assembly,which proves that the optimization design of clutch cover is of great significance to the actual development and design of clutch assembly.
