| Metro construction more focused on the urban core,with a complex construction technology and long cycle.Metro constructionoften occupycity road,and the projects construction is bound to reduce traffic capacity,increase traffic delays,even leading to a large traffic jams,which poses a severe challenge on the normal operation oftraffic system,city function and resident trip.How to ensure traffic flowing smoothly and safely during the period of metro construction and minimize the negative impact that the metro construction brings becomes the urgent problem which the current transportation planning and managers need to solve.Based on this,this paper devoted to the research of traffic organization during metro projects construction period under different perspective.The paper firstly studied the traffic impact analysis and evaluation method during metro construction.Three levels of traffic impact analysis method that combine construction site(point),along metro construction area(line)and construction region(surface)are discussed under the traffic system operation analysis perspective.The evaluation methods of impacts on the city normal operation in metro construction period are proposed from the point of transportation external cost under the city operation effect analysis perspective.And then extract the working process and technical route of the traffic impact analysis during metro construction,and traffic impact analysis and evaluation method and the model implementation are studied in detail.Than,mainly studied the characteristics of the resident travel behavior change(response)during the metro construction under micro individual behavior perspective.The change of the prevailing conditions often induce residents to change the departure time,travel mode,travel path to avoid traffic congestion.On the basis of a large number of SP survey,analysis the resident travel behavior change intention and influence factors,using multinomial logistic regression(MNL)technique to calibrate the behavioral models during metro construction,the travel characteristics obtained provide a new thinking for traffic organization program design effectively from micro individual travel perspective.In combination with the systematic traffic impact analysis and evaluation of metro construction and the characteristics of the residents’ travel behavior change(response)from micro levels during construction period,this paper puts forward a systematic traffic organization planning method during the construction period which carried out from the purpose and principles,workingprocess,technique route,program design,program evaluation,risk analysis and guarantee mechanism aspects.Finally,take the project "Guiyang City Metro Line 1 construction period old city section traffic organization" as instance analysis. |
