In order to improve the urban transportation problem,the development of public transit system with rail transit as the main body is a highly recognized method at home and abroad.In recent years,Nanchang City has also been building rail transit in the form of subways.As a major urban project,Nanchang subway construction uses the site excavation method at the subway station and undercover construction in the subway section.The construction involves demolition,underground excavation,construction perimeter occupying roads and restoring traffic after construction.There is no doubt that there will be additional pressure on urban traffic during the construction of rail transit,so the traffic organization is particularly critical during the construction period,and the opportunity brought by rail transit construction for urban traffic improvement should also be fully considered.This paper first introduces the current traffic environment and rail transit construction in the urban area of Nanchang City,and puts forward that the problems in the construction period of the subway are mainly based on the lack of research and theoretical analysis.The management is relatively rough,and the systematic management ideas and fine management need to be further improved.According to construction traffic organization,this paper discusses the method of determining the impact range of subway construction,the method of traffic forecast analysis during subway construction,and puts forward the practical application of OD backpush method,as well as the theoretical method of OD demand change analysis during the construction period.By traffic assignment of OD under the background of subway construction,the traffic saturation index is obtained,and the degree of traffic influence is determined.According to the change of traffic saturation index in different three districts such as the construction section,middle influence circle,and peripheral influence circle within the scope of construction impact,the traffic influence degree is divided into three situations.On the basis of introducing modern traffic organization,this paper puts forward a method to determine the traffic management scheme based on the degree of traffic influence.Traffic influence degree is general,the micro-static traffic organization design can be done.In the case of significant traffic impacts,on the basis of the micro-static traffic organization design,it is also necessary to combine regional traffic organizations,finding key nodes in the road network to cut off and divert flows through signal and information organizations,spreading the conflict and dividing the pressure equally.The impact of traffic is very significant,it is necessary to combine the measures of micro-traffic organization,regional traffic organization and traffic demand management to ease the pressure of urban traffic.The paper selected the construction of Baimashan Station and Chaoyang area subway station to carry out case analysis.The research method has good effect in practical application.In order to improve urban traffic,this paper also puts forward the strategy of improving traffic during the planning and design stage of subway construction and the completion of the road traffic after construction finished.Taking the traffic improvement of hongcheng road/fusheng road intersection and Beijing West road as examples,the case analysis shows that the traffic improvement strategy is active and effective.
