| The paper introduced the principle of rapid prototyping technology andcommonly used means, discussed the principle of selective laser sinteringtechniques, the international development of profiles, and application of moldmanufacture, discussed the effects of process parameters on laser sinteringprocess. In the view of the process that influences the density, dimension precisionof PS part and the sintered density and shrinkage being guideline, the 4-factorand 3-horizontal orthodoxy experiment is designed and processed. The bestprocess parameter combination and the influence rule for PS material is got bythe application of square error analysis method. The experiment indicates thatthe laser sintering power, the thickness of sintering layer, scanning speedinfluence the density and dimension precision of the part greatly. Based on the new technology application in new process, this paper makesuse of method of experiment and theory analysis, studies the influence of lasersintering parameter to PS material machining precision, and the rule of influenceof each parameter to sintering part is got through the analysis and study ofexperiment data and discussion of the formation reason of several disfigurementin sintering part, such as shrinkage and warp. The measure and method of minimizethe sintering disfigurement is presented, which could be a guidance to theoptimization of process parameter in the thermoplastic application of lasersintering prototyping.The post-treatment process that the prototyping sintering part was soakedin resin showed that the precision and mechanical performance of the part hadobviously been improved. Through the SEM scanned experiment of the part section,the microstructure difference between fore- post-treatment andafter-post-treatment was analyzed, the result showed the hole number reduce,the gap become small, and the dense increase. Finally the casting core-box wassintering and soaked in resin, the well-pleasure result was obtain. |
