At present,the world economic integration is deepening,the arrival of the era of the global village economy,making the industry competition between enterprises from simple industry competition,domestic competition has been derived into global cross-border competition,the focus of competition from simple product,trade and factor competition has been upgraded to sustained strategic development competition.As one of the important parts of the sustainable development strategy of the enterprise financing strategy,it largely determines the success or failure of the entire development strategy of the enterprise.Whether the financing strategy of an enterprise is feasible and effective is directly related to whether the enterprise can maintain advanced research and development,optimized management structure,leading product technology,and even whether it can resist market price fluctuation,domestic and foreign policy changes,sudden public relations events and other unfavorable factors,and thus maintain its competitive advantage.Hundreds of varieties of cellulose ether series products,products involved in medicine,building materials,food,daily chemical and other fields.At present,the company plans to start the second phase of the building materials cellulose ether project and the research and development center project with an annual output of hundreds of millions of tons.The start of large-scale projects brings great challenges to the company’s financial decisions.This paper adopts literature research,systematic analysis and questionnaires to carry out an in-depth study of SDHD’s financing issues.First of all,this paper deeply studies the relevant theories and concepts such as financing strategy,product life cycle and financial strategy matrix,which lays the basic theoretical foundation for the thesis research.Then,an analysis of the internal and external environment of SDHD’s fundraising was carried out to identify the internal advantages and disadvantages,external opportunities and threats facing the company’s fundraising.Based on the perspective of life cycle and financial strategy matrix,we studied the life cycle stage,value creation,sustainable growth and other aspects of SDHD,and judged that the company is in the growth period and belongs to the value-added cash shortage state,and based on the theory of life cycle and financial strategy matrix,we proposed a scientific and reasonable fund raising strategy for the company.Finally,the implementation of fund raising strategy.The implementation of the fund-raising strategy of SDHD Company is proposed,which includes expanding the scale of equity financing,reasonable control of debt financing,strengthening the control of fund-raising strategy,strengthening the evaluation of fund-raising strategy,etc.At the same time,the guarantee measures of organization,finance,talents and internal control are proposed to ensure the implementation of the fund-raising strategy of the company.By analyzing the internal and external environment,product life cycle,and financial strategy matrix,we can make a fund-raising strategy to meet both the current fund-raising demand and the company’s sustainable development,which can greatly reduce the uncertainty and risk of the company’s current financial fund-raising and greatly improve the guarantee rate of funds,which is of great practical significance to the next better development of SDHD.
