At present,global ecological and environmental problems are becoming increasingly prominent,and green environmental protection transformation has become a rigid constraint for enterprises to obtain sustainable and steady development,which requires enterprises to actively carry out green innovation.Green innovation faces a high risk of failure due to high technical complexity,fast iteration speed,and uncertain market prospects,which requires the joint cooperation of enterprises,universities,research institutes,intermediary organizations and other relevant subjects to resolve it,but the heterogeneity of organizations leads to obvious differences in innovation goals,organizational structure and attributes,systems and culture,etc.,which is prone to barriers and barriers to interaction between relevant subjects,that is,interface obstacles,reducing the success rate of green innovation.Therefore,how to manage the interface of green supply chain cooperation and innovation has become the key to optimizing the allocation of innovation resources,improving the efficiency and success rate of green cooperative innovation,and reducing the risk of green cooperative innovation.In view of this,this paper constructs an evolutionary game model of suppliers,manufacturers and them with governments based on the systematic analysis of green supply chain cooperative innovation system and its interface management,and uses Matlab software to conduct numerical simulation to explore the evolution law and influencing factors of the management strategy of the two-party and three-party interface.The results show that the evolutionary equilibrium of the strategic choice of two-party is closely related to the willingness of both parties to cooperate and the effectiveness of the interface,and the interface effectiveness is an important factor determining the strategic choice of both parties,and the higher the effectiveness of the interface,the greater the probability of the two parties jointly implementing interface management.With the participation of the government,the government can influence the strategic choices of two-party,and the strategic choices of both parties are correlated with the government’s subsidies and penalties,and are affected by the initial willingness of the three parties,the effectiveness of the interface,the cost of interface management and the amount of cost reduction.Based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the interface management of green cooperation and innovation in the supply chain from the perspectives of improving the effectiveness of the interface,reducing the cost of interface management,and establishing the government-enterprise connection mechanism,to improve the efficiency and success rate of green supply chain cooperation and innovation.
