Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Cleaner Energy Consumption Of Farmers In Qingshen County Under The Background Of Double Carbon

The Party’s Report to the 20th CPC National Congress has clearly proposed to promote green development and gradually realize the goals of peak carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutrality.The energy field is the main battlefield to achieve the "double carbon" goal,and the transformation and upgrading of energy consumption is an important cornerstone to ensure the sustainable development of modern agriculture and realize the revitalization of villages.Rural energy consumption is in a relatively independent and decentralized state in the overall energy consumption system.Most rural areas still obtain energy through firewood and straw.The long-term unreasonable energy use structure has caused environmental pollution in rural areas and damage to the health of rural residents.The sustainable optimization of energy consumption structure in rural areas is not only related to the sustainable development of energy,but also an important focus for rural areas to make marginal contribution to the "double carbon" goal.Under the background of rapid social and economic development,the household energy consumption structure of farmers has also changed.Income growth and continuous improvement of energy infrastructure have gradually changed the household energy consumption structure from "high carbon" type of traditional energy to "low carbon" type of clean energy.However,in the actual energy use process,traditional energy such as firewood and straw still accounts for a high proportion of consumption.Therefore,the study on the problem of clean energy consumption of farmers and the corresponding countermeasures have important reference value and practical guiding significance for the realization of the national "double carbon" target,the construction of a sustainable energy system,the promotion of rural revitalization and sustainable development,the improvement of the quality of rural human settlements and the building of beautiful countryside.Qingshen County,Meishan City,Sichuan Province is located in the transitional zone between the western Sichuan plain and the western Sichuan hills.Based on the specific situation of rural areas in Qingshen County,this paper conducts on-the-spot questionnaire survey and in-depth interview to three villages and towns in its jurisdiction,namely ruifeng town,Hanyang Town and Heilong Town.Based on the survey data,the current situation of energy consumption of farmers in rural areas of Qingshen County was discussed.Meanwhile,the problems existing in the transformation of energy consumption of farmers were analyzed in depth according to the relevant theories,and the targeted suggestions for the transformation of energy consumption of farmers in Qingshen County were put forward.The research results show that the main problems existing in the transformation of energy consumption of farmers in Qingshen County are as follows: First,the increasing aging trend and low education level of the interviewed farmers make it more difficult for farmers to understand the energy consumption,which is a practical problem hindering the energy consumption of farmers to be clean;Secondly,the household income status and energy consumption burden of the interviewed farmers are the important factors that affect the farmers’ choice of energy consumption type.The low income level and the large energy burden restrict the farmers’ energy consumption to be clean;Third,the lag of the traditional agricultural production model and the inadequacy of the application of energy technology are the main difficulties leading to the transformation and upgrading of farmers’ energy consumption.In view of the above-mentioned specific problems,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to realize the energy consumption cleanness of farmers in Qingshen County: firstly,continuously improve the farmers’ cognition level of energy cleanness;The second is to strengthen farmers’ income security and reduce farmers’ burden of clean energy consumption;The third is to promote the upgrading of agricultural production model and innovation of energy technology application.
