Urban rail transit plays an important role in modern cities.In the face of the current situation of large passenger flow and high-quality riding demand,it is a priority to realize small interval operation under the existing lines through the full auto drive system,which is also the basic form of future rail transit.However,there is still a lack of sufficient engineering application experience in high-density small interval operation such as 100 seconds,which is an urgent problem to be solved and improved in the field of rail transit.Based on Shanghai Metro Line 10,this paper analyzes the principle and action mechanism of the piston wind that caused the failure,and then analyzes the load and force on the door body,and judges its switching capacity according to the resistance in each stage of its working process;The pressure bearing condition of the screen door caused by the tunnel piston wind is simulated by using Fluent software,and the influence and relationship between the load pressure characteristics of the screen door and various factors on the load change of the screen door are obtained.On this basis,the test scheme,parameters and methods are determined according to the pressure bearing condition of the screen door in Longbai New Village under 100 s working condition and the environmental control condition of Guofan Road Subway,and the causes of the screen door failure are further studied.According to the test in Longbai New Village,it can be concluded that the main factor affecting the pressure of the tunnel at the screen door on the platform is the relative position of the train,However,the occurrence of the fault mainly depends on the dynamic mismatch between the comprehensive friction force and the closing traction force caused by the dynamic pressure change with time.According to the test of Guofan Road,it can be concluded that the opening of the intermediate air valve of the double piston air shaft can be used to regulate the pressure bearing of the screen door,which is an effective means to reduce the pressure bearing of the screen door,and the pressure relief capacity of the double piston air shaft is better than that of the single piston air shaft.Secondly,load is applied to the screen door body,and the deformation under static pressure is analyzed to verify that the door body meets the safety requirements of small interval operation under static pressure.Finally,the components of multi station and multi door body are detected to explore the causes of their failures under dynamic wind pressure,the key units are replaced and adjusted,and the typical stations after replacement are routinely detected.The results show that the failure situation has been significantly improved,effectively ensuring the safety of small bay operation lines.
