| With the increasingly severe environmental and energy problems,it’s imperative for the high-polluted and energy-intensive construction industry to develop towards low energy consumption,low pollution and low emission as the core.As the important means of construction revolution and transformation,prefabricated buildings have been widely promoted worldwide,and the domestic government also regards the development of prefabricated buildings as the important and urgent work.Moreover,consumers environmental awareness is winning more important status,which ushers in greater markets and opportunities for sustainable development.Therefore,to accelerate and scientific development of prefabricated construction,it’s essential to optimize the decision-making and coordination of related enterprises in the prefabricated construction industry based on the supply chain theory and consumer environmental awareness.On the one hand,this study pays attention to the investment of energy-saving and environmental protection technology from enterprise internal and the cooperation among members.On the other hand,it pays attention to the influence of external forces,including consumer behavior,carbon polices.Based on the above background,this study considers that.Based on the above background,on the basis of the latest research results at home and abroad,this study considers consumers’ prefabricated-rate and low-carbon preference,and builds the two-echelon prefabricated construction supply chain.With game theory and theoretical methods,this study investigates the pricing,technical decision and coordination of Stackelberg game model of prefabricated company,and analyzes the sensitivity of factors including consumer preference,technology input and carbon cap-and-trade policy.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)Considering consumers’ preference on prefabricated rate and carbon reduction,the decision-making and coordination model of the prefabricated construction supply chain under the prefabricated building company Stackelberg model is studied.The research results shows that the improvement of consumers prefabricated rate preference or low carbon preference will promote the improvement of pricing and profit level.After the introduction of revenue-sharing contract,the profit of prefabricated building company gets increased instead of decreased.When revenue distribution is within the appropriate range,manufacturers’ profits will also increase.When the revenue sharing ratio increases,the wholesale price of the manufacturer decreases,but the profit of the two members increases.(2)Under the carbon cap-and-trade policy,we consider consumers’ preferences of prefabricated rate and carbon reduction,and then investigate decision-making optimization and coordination via the prefabricated construction supply chain.The research results show that when the carbon trading price is increased,the decisions on carbon emission reduction,the prefabricated rate and the pricing will increase.When consumers increase their preference on low-carbon or prefabrication level,it will improve pricing,low-carbon decisions and profits.In addition,as a leader,prefabricated building company’s profits is increasing with the carbon trading price because of the "free rider" behavior,and gain higher profits than the manufacturer.The manufacturer’s profits are related to the initial carbon emission quota set by the government as the manufacturer’s profits are increasing with the trading price when the quota exceeds a threshold.Finally,the cost-sharing contract realizes Pareto improvement,and the two-part tariff contract realizes Pareto optimality,which the prefabricated construction supply chain is coordinated. |
