Research On Cultural Construction In The Old Gas Area Of Petro China Southwest Oil & Gasfield Company

Since the 18 th National Congress of Chinese Communist Party,General Secretary Xi Jinping has made important instructions,which expound the effect and the value contribution of petroleum spirit on the development of China oil and natural gas industry.As a regional company of China National Petroleum Corporation,Southwest Oil & Gasfield Company has put forward the development idea of "natural gas + brand" under the background of ensuring national clean energy security,especially new requirements and challenges for the cultural construction of the old gas area.The research object of this paper is the old gas area of Petro China Southwest Oil& Gasfield Company.The paper made a literature research on the current situation of cultural construction at home and abroad.By making questionnaires and doing interviews,the paper explores and analyzes the cultural construction in the old gas area of Petro China Southwest Oil & Gasfield Company.It found that there are several problems in the cultural construction of the old gas area,including the defective culture system,the lacking of leadership and cultural identity.Combined with the four-level theory of cultural construction and Waterlily model,it put forward suggestions of cultural construction in the old gas area on the basis of the original fine traditional spirit,form the cultural construction achievements of the old Qi area from four levels and three dimensions,take the area as the research object,and create regional characteristic culture.,and formed the culture system of the old gas area,which adds new support for the enterprise cultural construction in Southwest Oil & Gasfield Company.Southwest Oil & Gasfield Company is the first large oil and gas field mainly producing natural gas in China.By strengthening the cultural construction of the old gas area,the culture system of Southwest Oil & Gasfield Company can be enriched and improved,effectively inheriting the petroleum spirit.Also,it can provide guidance for the management of the old gas area,as well as the sustainable development of enterprises from the theoretical level of cultural construction.This paper will try to use the four-level theory of cultural construction and Waterlily model to solve theoretical research problems of cultural construction of the old gas area,form the cultural construction mode of the region,break the oriented thinking of cultural construction taking the company as the unit,and carry out regional cultural construction research of the same kind,which provides a solid foundation when solving the similar problem.It can also provide references and examples for the cultural construction of other domestic oil & gas industry corporations and energy companies.
