Study On The Legislative Function,value And Model Of The Yellow River Protection Law

The Yellow River is China’s "mother river",is the birthplace of the Chinese nation,bearing the responsibility of ensuring the Yellow River basin residents daily life and production water.The Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Protection of the Yellow River was promulgated on October 30,2022.The promulgation and implementation of the Law on the Protection of the Yellow River is not only conducive to solving the unique practical problems faced by the Yellow River Basin at present,but also of great importance to the implementation of the national strategy for ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin,and has made innovative contributions to the legislation of other river basins in our country.First of all,the "Yellow River Protection Law" legislative background and legislative basis for analysis.Secondly,focusing on the fundamental problems of the Yellow River Basin,analyzing the impact of legislative purposes,regulatory objects,legal principles and so on on.Third,through the analysis of the change of the legislative concept of the "Yellow River Protection Law",determine the mode of legislative choice.Finally,it summarizes the innovation and highlights of the Yellow River Protection Law,and studies the practices of the Yellow River Protection Law in the face of some common problems.
