The Living Inheritance Of Oil Culture And Traditional Technology

The opening of the China Grease Museum on October 1,2021 is a new milestone in the protection of the cultural and technological heritage of grease,which has had a wide positive response in the past year.As an intangible cultural heritage,ancient oil extraction is a unique folk art in traditional society.China Oil Museum is the first museum in China to comprehensively record the history of civilization and oil production of oilseeds and oils.However,the technical means of the living display of the oil museum are too single,so it is necessary to speed up the pace of research on the living inheritance of traditional oil technology.This paper studies the inheritance carrier and the inheritance object synchronously : Firstly,the multidisciplinary research method is used to analyze the cultural characteristics of different inheritance modes from the perspectives of inheritance background,inheritance layout,inheritance way and garden technique,and it is found that the development of living inheritance is influenced by the ’ science popularization quality ’ of the inheritance mode.Secondly,under the research background of the dissemination and inheritance of traditional oil extraction technology,the traditional regional characteristics,structural mechanics principles,ergonomics,existing traditional oil extraction equipment and technology research of traditional wedge pressing(vertical wedge pressing,horizontal wedge pressing,impact rod wedge pressing),traditional oil beam pressing(original lever pressing,winch lever pressing)and small lever pressing(rope lever pressing,sugarcane pressing bed)are carried out,and the ancient oil extraction wisdom and technology dissemination path are analyzed.Enrich the content of traditional technology popularization and carry out scientific research,so as to provide ideas for subsequent scholars to further study oil culture and technology tradition.Finally,based on the research of inheritance carrier and inheritance object,this paper puts forward strategies for the innovation and development of the traditional living inheritance mode of oil culture and technology,realizes the benign development of living protection and living inheritance,explores more effective and scientific display ways,and provides reference for the current oil industry to carry out production practice.
