Presses Protection System Designing Based On Ergonomics

As an important part of the metal shell parts manufacturing equipments, presses have been widely applied in the fields of automobile, aerospace, electronics and home appliances, especially in the automotive industry. In recent years, presses injury accidents occurred so frequently that the prevention of injury accidents have been caught high social attention, therefore the importance of designing and application of the presses protection system is also increasingly prominent. By the analysis of the presses injury accidents, this paper expatiated the significance of presses protection system, then summarized the factors which may cause presses injury accidents, and introduced precautionary measures for various factors. According to the theory of ergonomics and analysis of existing presses protection system, specific design schemes were proposed, and fuzzy theory was used to evaluate the rationality of the scheme which was the best one of all designs.The main contents are as follows:(1) Analysis on the current situation of domestic and foreign presses protection system, summarizing the development of presses protection system, analysis and summary of the merits and drawbacks of the current presses protection system, laying foundations for designing more secure and reliable protection system;(2) Summarizing the research content, research methods and design procedure of ergonomics, to lay a theoretical foundation for the design of presses protection system;(3) Analysis of the influence factors in presses injury accidents, to make clear the scope of protection system designing;(4) Combining theoretical knowledge about operating device and display device in ergonomics with technical parameters of JH21-100 which was provided by XUZHOU metalforming machine group CO., LTD, designing the operating device and display device of presses;(5) According to the technical parameters of JH21-100, advantages and disadvantages of existing protection guard in the domestic and foreign, safety protection knowledge for human to make detail designs on presses protection guard, then modify the best scheme, at last make digital modeling and renderings for it;(6) Using the fuzzy theory to evaluate the rationality of the design scheme.The conclusion of the research has an important theoretical and practical significance on designing presses protection system.
