Design Of Face Paper Feeding Device For Cigarette Case With Heaven And Earth Cover

As a major consumer of cigarettes,China’s tobacco industry maintains a high level of revenue and contributes positively to the national treasury.However,with the improvement of people’s health consciousness and the promulgation of relevant anti-smoking regulations,the tobacco industry began to reduce the volume and increase the efficiency to seek profits from the high-grade cigarette market,which promoted the rapid development of the heaven and earth cover cigarette case.The heaven and earth cover cigarette case forming equipment in the market can only reach 30-45 cases per minute,and the speed of case making is far from meeting the needs of cigarette production.This topic comes from the college-enterprise cooperation and development project of the heaven and earth cover cigarette case forming equipment,and the face paper feeding device of the heaven and earth cover cigarette case forming equipment is the design object.The working principle of the process of picking,conveying,gluing and pushing is studied,and a reasonable design is selected to realize the process of supplying and feeding of face paper.Firstly,according to the overall design requirements and forming process of the cigarette case forming equipment,the dimensional characteristics of the face paper and the influencing factors in the feeding process are studied,the face paper feeding process route planning is completed,and the module division and general layout of the face paper feeding device are carried out.Secondly,according to the tasks and processes to be completed by each component,the whole device is divided into paper picking component,conveying component,gluing component and pushing component;different technical principle solutions are proposed for each component,and through comparative analysis,the final execution scheme of rotary adsorption,negative pressure conveying,roller gluing and cam linkage pushing is determined in turn.Then,the relevant structural parameters of each component in the face paper supply and delivery device of the heaven and earth cover cigarette case were designed,and the size of the suction hole of the rotary suction cup was determined by calculation according to the stiffness of the face paper of the heaven and earth cover cigarette case;the bending experiment of the face paper was conducted to obtain the pressure of the face paper to restore flatness,and the parameters of the suction mechanism were determined by calculation;designed the cam using the software of Mai Di,drew the 3D model of the components using Solid Works,and matched the components according to the general layout to obtain the overall model of the face paper feeding device of the heaven and earth cover cigarette case.Finally,the design and manufacturing were combined,and the processing and trial production and electrical control system development were completed by the entrusted enterprise,and the face paper supply and feeding device for the heaven and earth cover cigarette case ran well in the commissioning.The face paper feeding device of the heaven and earth cover cigarette case can meet the design requirements,the fed face paper is output in single sheet,the surface is not broken,the gluing is uniform,and it can match the subsequent face paper forming device.However,there are still some shortcomings of the device,which need to further improve the stability of the face paper coating,the accuracy of the face paper pushing,and the noise reduction treatment of the air box.
