Shaanxi-Beijing gas transmission pipeline,as the link between Shaanxi-GansuNingxia gas field and the eastern region, has a very important economic position.Because of its complex terrain and frequent geological disasters, there are certain risks in pipeline safety. There are many difficulties in the emergency repair of pipeline accidents in special terrain, and corresponding emergency repair procedures are needed to guide the on-site work. There is a lengthy process from accident discovery to emergency repair, which affects the efficiency of emergency repair to a certain extent and causes economic losses. Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the geological disasters and their risks along the Shaanxi-Beijing gas transmission pipeline, formulate emergency repair procedures for typical key and difficult areas, and improve the response efficiency of pipeline accidents.Taking the pipeline trend as the context, this paper studies and judges the important geographical areas and geological disaster risks of each trunk line and branch line of Shaanxi-Beijing pipeline. For the key and difficult areas that may have geological disaster risk,a multi-level extension evaluation model is established by using matter-element method and correlation function.Combined with analytic hierarchy process,a semi-quantitative risk evaluation system of pipeline is established, and an example is analyzed.Taking the mountain tunnel area and the pipeline crossing small rivers as examples, this paper studies and judges the difficulties existing in the emergency repair, and designs the corresponding emergency repair procedures from the difficulties.Using the incremental model, the maintenance and repair emergency management system is preliminarily designed, and the modular design of each function and the detailed design of emergency repair procedure formulation function are completed.
