With the further improvement of our country’s low-carbon development needs,as a clean and widely sourced secondary energy,hydrogen energy can effectively contribute to energy transformation.However,the current wide-scale supply of hydrogen energy is hindered by the lack of infrastructure and the high cost of pipeline construction.If the abundant gray,blue and green hydrogen can be effectively collected and then transported by the existing natural gas pipeline network,the energy utilization efficiency can be effectively improved,the transmission advantages of the existing infrastructure can be fully utilized,and the large-scale supply cost of hydrogen energy can be effectively reduced.However,there is currently a lack of research on the optimization of hydrogen supply chain and that of hydrogen-blended transportation in natural gas pipelines based on this problem.Based on this,this paper considers liquid and gaseous road transportation modes,and also considers the possibility of using natural gas pipelines to transport hydrogen.Aiming at the lowest total cost and carbon emissions,a multi-objective optimization MILP model for hydrogen supply chain is established,which includes hydrogen production,transportation and consumption parts,considering several constraints such as transportation capacity,resource balance,and mixing ratio restrictions,and the optimal hydrogen production,transportation and terminal consumption scheme can be obtained.The model is applied to China,aiming at the 29 divided regions,based on the interprovincial trunk and branch lines of the existing natural gas pipeline network and road transportation routes,simulation of supply chain configuration scheme and analysis of influencing factors are carried out in three different scenarios.By solving the mathematical model,an optimal scheme for inter-regional natural gas pipelines blending with hydrogen can be obtained.On this basis,focusing on the natural gas pipelines that need to be mixed with hydrogen for transportation,the optimization model of the hydrogen mixing scheme is established with the objective of minimizing cost present value,so as to select the upstream hydrogen pipeline construction,pressurization scheme,hydrogen mixing position and downstream natural gas pipeline pressurization scheme.The above research can form a set of overall optimization scheme for blending hydrogen into natural gas pipelines,which is of great significance to the economical and efficient utilization of hydrogen energy.
